Adrianna Bourland, LPC, is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for supporting the social-emotional well-being of children and adolescents. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Human Development from The University of Alabama. Adrianna’s journey into counseling began in educational settings, where she worked in a learning center helping children with learning disabilities thrive academically and socially.
Adrianna specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and expressive arts, using a strengths-based approach to foster growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. She believes that every individual is unique and strives to help each client reach their full potential. Passionate about the power of art as a tool for mindfulness and self-expression, Adrianna integrates creative techniques into her sessions to encourage meaningful engagement and self-discovery.
She has experience working with children navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, friendship challenges, life transitions, changes in family structure, grief, learning disabilities (LD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Adrianna is especially passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals understand their strengths and develop strategies to support their growth and well-being.
Outside of her work, Adrianna loves crocheting, taking walks by White Rock Lake with her husband, snuggling with her two chihuahuas, and cheering on Alabama football and her favorite F1 racing drivers, Lando Norris and George Russel!
