Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive Arts Therapy goes beyond traditional talk therapy by engaging the imagination and senses. This multi-modal approach encourages self-expression while reducing stress and anxiety. It is especially beneficial for children and adolescents who struggle to articulate their emotions verbally. Techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) may also be incorporated, using structured creative exercises to support emotional regulation, self-reflection, and problem-solving. By engaging in creative expression, young clients build confidence, strengthen their emotional resilience, and gain new perspectives on their challenges.
